We are looking for Artists, Fine Crafts, Food Trucks, Musicians, Beer Vendors and Wineries. Links to the applications are included below.
Application deadline: August 27, 2020.

Fee $75

Host (STMS) to provide:

  • 10’ deep x 10’ wide space

  • Event marketing and promotion

  • A great crowd

Vendor to provide:  

  • Neat, professional eye-appealing display

  • Must be setup by 9:30 am

  • Displays must not block walkways and tables must be covered to the ground with packing materials neatly out of sight

  • No displays should be dismantled before closing time at 5 pm

  • No electric is available. 


This is a juried art show for fine art, fine craft & hand made work. Kits, imports or manufactured merchandise will not be accepted. Any items found to not be handmade will result in the vendor being asked to leave and forfeit their table fees.

 

You will be notified of your acceptance into the show within 15 business days of your application, at which time a bill will be issued. Payments must be received within 10 days of billing to be included in the show.  Lack of payment may result in your  space being offered to another vendor.

On the week of the show the specific information regarding setup and parking will be sent via email. 


Applications will be evaluated on a first come, first served basis.
Payments are non-refundable – this is a rain or shine event.

  • Alcohol to sell. In accordance with PA State law wineries may sell bottles of their product to be consumed off premises.
     

Rules:  

  • Certificates of Insurance naming Souderton Telford Main Streets and Souderton Borough as additional insured.

  • Tables must be covered to the ground with packing materials neatly out of sight.

  • No electric is available.

  • Vendors may only serve attendees wearing a wristband to denote their age.

  • Vendors must be setup and ready to serve by 9:30 am.

  • Vendors must remain open until 5 pm.

  • No displays should be dismantled before closing time.

We are looking for bands to make this festival fabulous and help you build your fan base. 

Musicians are entitled to sell their music, t-shirts and distribute promotional information. Please indicate if you would like to have a table space for your band.

 

You will be notified via email regarding acceptance and to coordinate booking details.
