2020 Virtual Art Jam

Be a Part of the Jam

Saturday, September 26 - October 26th 2020

We are looking for Artists, Fine Crafts, & Marketplace to showcase you virtually.

Food Trucks, Musicians, Brewery, Distillery, Cidery, and a Winery, looking to showcase you virtually also!

Application deadline: Friday September 18th, 2020.

Fee: Minimum donation of $20

Host (STMS) to provide:

  • Virtual space on The Art Jam website to feature your business. 

  • Event marketing and promotion

  • Virtual spotlight of your art/products that link back to your website/social media.

Vendor to provide:  

  • Provide an eye-appealing display for us to use in your virtual spot on website 

  • Provide website or social media link to your products /art

  • Provide contact information for customers to order directly with you

  • Show will run for a month, be prepared to serve customers during the show dates 

  • Help promote the Virtual Art Jam on your social media outlets 


This is a juried art show for fine art, fine craft & hand made work. Kits, imports or manufactured merchandise will not be accepted. Any items found to not be handmade will result in the vendor being asked to leave and forfeit their fees.

 

You will be notified of your acceptance into the show within 7 business days of your application, at which time a bill will be issued. Payments must be received before show start date to be included in the show.  Lack of payment may result in your  space being offered to another vendor.  

On the week of the show, more specific information will be sent via email. 


Applications will be evaluated on a first come, first served basis.
Donations are non-refundable – this is a virtual show.

 

Due to COVID-19 Notice: 

We will be 100% virtual online. Once you are committed, If you decide not to participate in Art Jam 2020 your donation is non-refundable.

  • Alcohol to sell and ship or to have hours for customer order pick up .

  • Provide an eye-appealing display for us to use in your virtual spot on website 

  • Provide website or social media link to your products /alcohol menu

  • Provide contact information for customers to order directly with you

  • Show will run for a month, be prepared to serve customers during the show dates 

  • Help promote the Virtual Art Jam on your social media outlets

Submit clips of you playing live for The Virtual Art Jam 

We are looking for bands to make this virtual festival fabulous and help you build your fan base. 

Musicians are entitled to sell their music, t-shirts and distribute promotional information. Please indicate if you would like to have a virtual space on our Art Jam website for your band.

  • Food truck schedule where you will be set up at future events or to offer if possible hours for customer call ahead order pick up.

  • Provide an eye-appealing display for us to use in your virtual spot on website 

  • Provide website or social media link to your food truck/food menu

  • Provide contact information for customers to order directly with you

  • Show will run for a month, be prepared to serve customers during the show dates 

  • Help promote the Virtual Art Jam on your social media outlets
