Their Story

Ray’s Greenhouse has seven greenhouses and several acres of produce on their current ten acre location. Since 1992, Ray and Arlene Gehman and their family of six have been raising a complete line of spring vegetables and flowering plants. This summer they will be offering perennial favorites such as lettuce, strawberries and annual flowering plants, geraniums and begonias. Seasonal vegetables will be available each week, including fresh broccoli and cauliflower from September through November. Poinsettias and mums will be available in the fall.

In the greenhouse business since 1977, Ray and Arlene started out on a small property specializing in tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower.
