Please see the attached map to determine if your home or commercial property is on the Souderton National Historic District. If it is, please plan to attend the Public Meeting on Wednesday, September 1 at 7 pm in Souderton Borough Hall. The meeting went well. All the handouts have been attached as well as the power point as a pdf file. Please feel free to download and read through all this good material that Shelby prepared. Shelby Splain from Keystone Preservation Group was onhand to present information on how this new designation for Souderton will impact or not impact your property. She will debunk any urban myths you may have heard about historic districts and answer your questions.

The 13th annual Univest Grand Prix will be here soon. Mark your calendars for another exciting race and community festival in Souderton on Saturday, September 11, 2010. As a local business, Univest would like to extend an offer to be a part of the Univest Grand Prix’s Community Expo on September 11 from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The Expo allows local businesses to set up a tent in town near the action of the race. This is a great opportunity for you to promote your business to thousands of spectators.
The cost to rent a 10x10 tent, table and 2 chairs is $150. If you would prefer to bring your own tent, table and chairs please let me know.
Thank you for taking the time to consider participating in our community’s biggest event of the year!
If you have any questions, please contact me by email or 215.721.2459 by August 1.
Media cover has started. Here is the first Souderton Independent article.
