The Indian Valley Public Library offers a variety of programs for young and old. Healthy living is an important element of life in the boroughs and the Indian Valley region.

For example, the Moyer Indoor Outdoor 2009 5K Race, Kids Run & Fitness Walk and Fit Fest 2009 on Wednesday, July 8 is a favorite summer event.

Along with the 5K, Moyer Indoor Outdoor will be hosting a community Fit Fest. Be sure to stop under the big tent and check out many local Health & Wellness professionals. They will be providing health screenings and demonstrations including Blood Pressure Screenings, Men and Women’s Health Topics, Stress Management, Stroke Information and Prevention, Fitness for the whole family, The D.A.R.E Car and MUCH MORE!
