Each of the four working committees, have a five-year action plan with specific deliverables, such as drafting guidelines, conducting surveys, and providing professional skills toward downtown revitalization.Mission The Organization Committee's objective is to assure that Main Streets organization is functioning at full capacity. They do this through volunteer recruitment, volunteer recognition, communications with our constituents, and fund raising. This committee will develop tools for Board and committee orientation, host the Open House, identify grant opportunities and recognize long-time volunteers for their service to the program. Organization Committee 2007 Work Plan Meetings The Organization Committee meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm. All meetings are at the STMS Office.
