As you look at the sketches, please remember that they are conceptual. The end project may not resemble any of the sketches. The final set of concept plans were presented at the June 16 Souderton Borough COuncil work session. These plans will be sent to the interested developers with the proposed overlay ordinance and the design guidelines. The develpers will then present thier own ideas and concept plans for the Borough Council to review.
