Design Assistance is not mandatory but everyone who has used this service has been very pleased with the recommendations. It costs you nothing but the process as well as advice is priceless.
Please download the documents at the bottom of the page and print them.

Complete the form as best you can. We understand that not everyone knows the history of their building or the order of the changes past tenants and owners have made.

Drop off the completed form at the STMS office at 18 Green Street, Souderton or mail it to Souderton Telford Main Streets, PO Box 314, Telford, PA 18969.

Requests for assistance are handled in the order in which they are received. Please note that the time of these design professionals is donated and they work it around the time their own businesses require.
